Q: Is customer service available during the ERP conversion period?
A: Yes, call 310-631-4955 or email sales@nextlevelapparel.com during normal business hours. Monday-Friday 8am PST to 5pm PST.
Q: Can I create a new account on the website during the ERP conversion period?
A: No, new account set up will be available after Jan 6th, 2022.
Q: I am having trouble logging into my web account?
A: If you have not logged into your account in the past 10 months, please reset your password. Click here to reset: https://www.nextlevelapparel.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/
Q: What is the last day for me to place an order and receive it before 12/31/21?
A: 12/3/21 is the last day to order for shipment by 12/17/21 depending upon inventory availability and provided credit approval.
Q: Is there a way to guarantee my shipment will be in transit if placed by 12/3/21?
A: No, we will do our best, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee transit timing.
Q: Can I place an order between 12/17/21 and 1/6/22?
A: Yes, existing customers with web accounts only, may place orders via our website during this time. Reminder orders will not ship until after January 6th.
Q: I have a rush order. Can you please make an exception?

Q: If my web order did not ship by 12/17/21 when will it ship?
A: Orders that are not shipped by 12/17, will ship after January 6th and orders will be filled in a first in first out priority.
Q: Will I be able to track my order?
A: Yes, you will receive an email containing a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Q: Will NLA accept manual orders during the ERP conversion period?
A: No, if you need product immediately, please refer to our distributor partner options. Manual order entry will resume after 1/6/22. If you place your order through our website this will secure your place in line for fulfillment.

EDI ORDERS:
Q: Can I submit EDI orders and returns during the ERP conversion period?
A: No, all electronic ordering and returns will be disabled during the ERP conversion period.
WILL CALL ORDERS:
Q: Can I pick up my Will Call order at the NLA warehouse as I normally do?
A: Yes, however, the last day for Will Call orders pick up is 12/17/21.
