    How do I get a catalog and price list?

  • Are there minimums?

    No. However, prices vary based on quantity ordered. We have sample, broken dozen, dozen and case pricing:
    Sample pricing is based on ordering 1-2 pieces of one style/color/size.
    Broken dozen is based on ordering 3-11 pieces style/color/size.
    Dozen pricing is based on ordering 12+ pieces per style/color/size.
    Case pricing is based on ordering case quantity per style/color/size.

  • How do I set-up a wholesale account?

    Please go to CREATE AN ACCOUNT and fill out the application. Fill out the form completely and submit online. You may also fax to 310.631.6097. You will receive an email from us when your account is approved.

  • How do I place an order?

    We take orders via the website, fax, email, or in our showroom. For an online order form and more detailed information please visit:

  • What payment methods are available?

    Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
    Net Terms: Upon Factor approval (CIT or Sterling National Bank)
    Bank Wire Transfer: Contact Customer Service for banking information.

  • What are your shipping methods?

    We ship via FedEx or UPS. Will Call services are also available. All shipments are EXW. Customer is responsible for any freight costs.

  • What is your return policy?

    All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days after the receiving date and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sample orders. Printed, washed, re-labeled or decorated merchandise cannot be returned. Please inspect all goods before printing or decorating. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. Customer is responsible for any return freight costs.   • Where are Next Level Apparel products made?

    We are currently manufacturing in multiple countries.

  • Are your garments PFD?

    Unless specifically designated as PFD/PFGD, our garments are manufactured using poly/cotton threads and are not intended for garment dye.

  • Do you offer sample packs?

    Individual samples can be ordered, and a limited offering of preselected sample packs are available. Contact our sales department for pricing.
